Staff was polite, helpful and professional but the facility needs some work. Parking lot was so poorly lit i could hardly find the place and park at night. Room was pretty dirty and carpet in the halls had many stains. Mattress was one of the worst I've slept on at a hotel.

We stayed one night after a wedding. This was the cheapest hotel in the area and was quite pricey for the accommodations. The room was clean. Check-in was efficient. The bed was atrocious. It was well used and made lots of noises. There were deep trenches in the bed that did not allow movement and made me feel like I was going to fall off the bed all night. New mattresses would have made the experience much nicer for the price.

Breakfast is scrambled eggs , sausages, waffles cereal , boiled eggs , cups of orange juice, apple juice , low-fat milk, coffee , bread and is pretty decent , rooms are clean and good service toiletries are a good brand and clean towels .. location is not walking distance to the Main Street and definetely need to drive if you need anything , ac cools and heats.

Great location on outskirts of Charlevoix and 15 miles from Petoskey. Breakfast always fresh and plentiful. Room was very nice and reasonably priced. Only drawback was no elevator.

Filthy! I have pictures of the bathroom at the pool, just DISCUSSING! Black mold in the rooms bathroom. Dirty sheets. A young couple down the hall had NO power, was told that "it might come back on". For the $329 spent, I'd if rather put a pillow and blanket on a sidewalk in a drug inhabitated, homeless area 😡

Room was clean and comfortable, but the hallway and stairway carpets were filthy (numerous large stains, everywhere). Window in room was filled with moisture making it difficult to see out. Bathroom sink wouldn't drain and the TV remote didn't work.

The rooms were dirty…I have stayed at the property multiple times over the last two years. It has went downhill quickly. The first time I stayed there the breakfast was incredible- I can back in the fall and it was mediocre. Management explained that during the fall, they don’t have as extensive spread. Every time I have returned- it’s been less and less.this was our last visit.
