The only this I didn't like is that I paid for two suites and only got one suite and one regular room....this happens all the time when booking on orbitz.

The staff was the highlight of our stay, our kids had a great time and everyone was very friendly! We will stay here again, they also had great suggestions on places to eat.

Bathroom was dirty. Tub and tub faucet filthy. Faucet covered with calcium. Clearly not cleaned in a long time. Back of door has something on it like old dried onto it. Building in disrepair, dirty. We checked out after 1 night and found another place to stay.

The property is trying to upgrade, but quality control needs to be better performed. we were not able to turn the headboard lights off when we attempted to go to sleep. someone from the hotel had to come up to the room (after we got out of bed and dressed again) so they could take a part the headboard and unplug everything including the clocks and phone chargers. Common spaces were dirty and had trash on the floor. Shower drained very slowly so you were standing in standing water. Would not stay here again and would not recommend it to others
