Property is nicely located and easy to access. Unfortunately service is not good, as they do not make beds and clean room during the day, for your next night sleep

The staff very amazing however the rooms were very old and dirty and doors were all rotted there was paint peeled off the walls There were flys in the room (December) and the temperature was so hot in the room very uncomfortable and could not adjust the temperature For $240/night I’d expect more sorry

Loved that windows in room open! Did not love the kids hockey team running wild all over the hotel out of sight of their tailgating parents! Hotel staff did their best, but it was constant running and games in the hallway, a parade in and out of the pool (dripping wet, in the elevator! And all over the floors!) Be sure to check with hotel prior to booking if you’re looking for quiet enjoyment of facility it’s best to avoid tournament weekends!!

An okay stay
Easy check in/out. Staff were friendly and mostly helpful. Room was clean. The message light on the phone in the room was on when we entered. They cleared it for us right away. Pool was great! Showerhead was too high up reach to change the setting, so was difficult to rinse hair. Phone message light came back on at 3 a.m. flashing brightly in the dark room making it hard to sleep. No reply to the text sent to report the issue. Covered the phone and the light was off by morning. Heater worked but was noisy. Bed and pillows could've been a little firmer. Complimentary breakfast was good. Overall our stay was mostly okay. Lots of amenities close by. May stay here again.
