Greeting from staff was excellent. Very friendly and knowledgeable.about surrounding areas. We were on our way home from family trip in Ottawa and stopped at the big apple and stayed the night .

Room had musty smell to it. No hot water was available. Evening desk person was not helpful when asked questions about where to get dinner, seemed to have little interest in working there.

The room was very dirty. I found cob webs on the ceiling. The thing that’s made my stay terrible was the used condoms I found on the floor this is not acceptable i think I should get a refund. I will never stay at a Comfort inn again and if nothing is done about this I may choose to use other booking sites

We have stayed here a few times. Customer service is pretty hit or miss. The renovations are not bothersome at all. However this last stay, we were not very impressed. Most of the staff are friendly , however there is one team member who just seems so put out to be there. Re training on customer service, tone of voice and body language would not hurt.

Service was fine but hotel is really run down. Yukky carpets and the walls need painting. My bed and bathroom was okay but mirrors dirty and just didn't feel clean and well kept.
