never could access the hotel road in construction in front of the hotel would have had to roll my luggage for half a Km could not cancel so I booked something else on VRBO

Very strange. You basically sleep in an office with a bed and a bathroom. This “property” has 3 rooms in an office inside an office building. It says bed and breakfast but there is no breakfast. It says parking but there is no parking, you must park in a city lot and walk a few blocks. I am surprised Expedia would even list something like this. There is a desk but unattended and a little kitchen with 3 tables, like in a coworking space.
