Our host Giuseppe was extremely friendly and always ready to help. Apartment was super clean and fully equipped. Beds were very good to sleep in. Our apartment had both a balcony and a patio on the other side. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and the neighbourhood is very quiet, a lot of birds singing especially in the mornings. The pool is a must in hot Italian summer, and it was also very clean and we'll taken care of, as well as the whole garden and yard. It is also safe to keep the car inside the property, behind the locked gate.
The beautiful Perugia old town is about 2 km from Villa Nuba, walking uphills when going there and strolling downhills when coming "home". Taxi is also a good option and easy to catch. The closest grocery is about 500 m.
All in all Villa Nuba was an excellent base to explore Umbria and Tuscany. We spent there a whole week, and can warmly recommend it for couples and families!
