We stayed 4 nights, the stay was generally nice, but the room was not serviced for two days and the hinge of one of the bathroom cabinet doors fell off. The safe was also locked and could not be used.

The property was ok for a one night stay. The parking external to the gate, infront of my apartment, was not secure or well lit and due to passing pedestrians I was eager to enter my apartment safely. I required accommodation at short notice and the after hours check-in process was swift, I was required to provide details of my passport or drivers licence which was difficult as I was in an emergency situation and luckily had images saved. Access to the room is via stairs, with no visible prompts to an elevator. This wasnt ideal as I had broken the wheel on my case and had to carry items upstairs alone, so this needs to be considered for solo travellers, heavy or multiple items or those with limited mobility.

First impressions were not good. Foyer and room smelt unpleasant. We had to open the sliding door to air it out and that faced the car park/highway with no security or fly wire door. Furnishings were shabby and the mattress was ridiculously hard.TV wasn’t working but staff eventually got the free to air working. On the plus side, room was clean and the pool is a good size and we enjoyed a swim. However, the bed was a deal breaker, we won’t be back.

Great for a short stay, close to the airport. Access to the pool and spa pool. Not much around in the way of restuarants etc. We didn't have a vehicle which was a bit restrictive

Well priced for the facility. Great location from airport. Comfortable bed. Room was a bit smelly upon arrival. Lugging our bags up 2 flights of stairs was difficult. Fairly priced. Just getting a little dated on the inside of the building. All in all, happy with our stay.
