When we arrived they had lost our booking. I could not get through the security gate but snuck in behind another car, looking for help. A man did approach us and helped us. I never caught his name he did not introduce himself. My wife was recovering from surgery and the 45 odd minutes it took to confirm the booking greatly affected her, having to sit in the car whilst that was being sorted out. The first thing I saw when we finally got in to the apartment was a glass dining table with smear marks on it. Substandard cleaning. Every glass window, door, and mirror were the same. The place was unclean. I finished up going to the supermarket and picking up some paper towel and doing some cleaning myself. There are dirty marks all over the apartment walls. There are broken cupboard doors, drawers that can’t be opened safely, holes in the feature cabinets, and wonky furniture that has been amateurishly repaired with nail heads protruding. There was no remote control for the television. I rang the number provided and was told a remote would be delivered but it did not arrive. I scoured the apartment cupboards and shelves looking for it. I looked under the couch. It was disgusting. There were food scraps under there and it obviously hadn’t been cleaned for a long time. When I saw the first cockroach come out from under the couch I wasn’t surprised. It was a feature. Cockroaches. The lock box number was incorrect. I’m running out of characters there’s more Refund
