The Space:
Jarrah Valley Escape by Tiny Away, is situated in a semi-rural suburb, just 42 minutes southeast of Perth. The nearby rural town of Armadale offers restaurants, parks, and shopping centers where you can effortlessly stock up on your essentials. Nearby, you can explore Wungong Dam, Churchman Brook Dam, Seven Sins Perth Hills, and Serpentine Dam. Each location is ideal for scenic walks, picnics, and birdwatching, offering its own unique charm for a pleasant day outdoors.
A cozy 139-square-foot tiny home offers a stunning view of manicured gardens, complete with a serene water feature and lush lawn. Beyond this, a covered pavilion beckons for entertaining, shielded by stylish privacy doors along the boundary for an intimate, secluded experience.
It has easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking equipment, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly cassette toilet with a removable waste holding tank, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot showers.
If you plan to spend your tiny house Western Australia getaway here, we advise that you bring your basic necessities, such as food and water during your stay with us. Thank you.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you're booking for a group, we also have a second tiny home, "Tiny Sunrise," available with 24 hours' notice in advance.
Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny home and 300-square-meter lawned garden entertainment area, which includes use of the kitchen, BBQ, and bar. Please note that this area is monitored, and any items removed will incur additional charges.
We appreciate your respect and honesty. Guests are welcome to explore the property boundary, but please watch out for kangaroos.
The main house and garages are strictly off-limits. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our privacy

- We have a beloved pet, George, a Moddle dog who serves as our security. He is friendly and will not cause harm unless provoked.
- To book additional chargeable treats or organising special events to enhance your stay please coordinate with Yvette upon prior notice and are subject to an additional fee. We also offer winery tours, and guided tours of Perth, and advance meal bookings. Please coordinate with Yvette to arrange these services.

- No smoking allowed inside, except in designated areas. Smoking is permitted only on the far side of the bar area, where there is a large farm table on a hard gravel base. Please use the sand bucket provided for proper disposal.
