A very neat and well maintained hotel. The room was appropriate to our requirements for a one night stay. The bed was amazing! Unfortunately, our TV remote did not work and so we could not change channels or turn it off. On contacting reception, I was told to turn it off at the wall!!! The restaurant/cafe area was very welcoming and provided a variety of food and drinks.

Food was absolutely delicious Room for a family room, was way too small Internet was so slow ! 4mbps is ridiculous Couldn't pair phones or tablet with the tv, we ended up using our laptop to watch

I was treated very rudely by a girl at the reception. The hotel is very good, and so is the management, but the girl at the desk was arrogant. But it's okay, I won't be going back anymore and anyone who asks me about the hotel, I will tell about the poor service at the reception.

Staff are nice. 4 minutes walk to free CAT bus which is very economical. Breakfast is limited, same stuff everyday. We have been stayed at different Ibis at different countries and this Ibis had the least selection of food. Improvement definitely needed.

I booked a KING bed and got two singles pushed together. There were socks found under the bed. The bathroom was reasonably clean but could easily have been cleaned better. We could not get overnight parking without being over charged.

Rooms are VERY small. Shower head was very poor, almost impossible to use the shower. Dinner at the hotel restaurant very average quality. Buffet breakfast ok, not great.
