Don’t offer free parking for customers. Valet parking is very expensive $65. If you park yourself is free from 6pm-6am.

Great location
Lovely hotel, easy walking distance to most areas, near Elizabeth Quay. Good quality toiletries provided. Staff friendly and helpful. Pros an on sight bar that provides food until 10.30pm which was good as we arrived late. Large bathroom and a bedroom with a seating area which is always a bonus. Cons - arrived concierge took my husbands suitcase but left me to deal with my own plus hand luggage. The booking was in my name and the receptionist addressed my husband and not me. Housekeeping trying to do our room at 8am not ideal yes we should have put the sign out. Coffee machine provided but not the coffee pods. Breakfast if not included is an additional $ 48 so add to your booking if possible.

I was expecting this hotel to be very dated based on other reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was small but modern enough and clean. I loved having a filtered drinking water tap in the room. Staff were very helpful and the reception area is lovely.
