Good location, pool area closed. Bit of a wait checking in, trainee couldn’t help at all, 2 other staff dealing with a complaining customer, felt we were ignored as they all dealt with that.

The room was nicely furnished with comfortable beds but sadly the shower was a big disappointment. It took ages for a trickle of hot water to come through. Barely enough to wash my hair. I think $400 is a lot to leave for a bond. I am still waiting for it to be back in my account.

The location was great. It was close to the shopping area and eateries like Mr Sandwich (highly recommend). The Nespresso machine in the room and the towel warmer were very nice touches. One thing I did find worrisome was that the staff thought I had two breakfast buffets when I did not have any. I was not charged but I think they need to have a better system of tracking whether or not guests have the buffet breakfast. My booking did not have the breakfast buffet and I had confirmed with a staff that I did not want the breakfast buffet on the first morning. I have not encountered such an issue with hotels in America and hope the hotel comes up with a better system.

We were upset when the sauna was closed for half a day for building maintenance. We had planned to spend our morning at the sauna/steamroom/gym, especially when it was raining outside. The buffet breakfast seemed expensive.

Stayed from the 18:8:24 until the 20:8:24 had a very late checkin the staff at the front desk were very welcoming and friendly. On the 19:8:24 went down for breakfast and lunch at the fire water grill again the staff there very friendly and both breakfast and lunch menu was amazing.
