The apartment has its own access off adjacent Kyrean Steet through the private courtyard to the stairs leading to the massive balcony with lovely views to the ocean and 'Maude’s Keep' chicken run.

This modern farmhouse apartment is complete with open plan kitchen, meals, living area, a master bedroom with queen size bed and a second bedroom with 2 king singles. The country style kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience.
This is a homestay apartment with your hosts living directly below so it is ideal for a couple wanting a nice quiet getaway without the extensive drive.

Magnolia Loft in Falcon is perfectly located within an easy drive to the lovely Ferguson Valley wineries, local breweries, 4WD beaches and restaurants. It is close to the Miami shopping center, bottle shop, Cobblers’ tavern, takeaway food outlets, tackle shop, newsagent and post office.

The property was great beds good kitchen adequate for our needs. The only problem we had was there was only two small mirrors. You needed to be tall to use mirror in bedroom. I think there needs to be a bigger mirror out in the living/ dining near a power point. Otherwise everything great thank you

This apartment was as advertised. It's clean and comfortable with large common areas. Dianne and Dave were great hosts. They even brought us some eggs from their chilckens during our stay. If you are looking for a quiet getaway in a nice area a short walk from the beach, this is for you.

Lovely property, spacious, clean, ideal for a getaway. Everything you need, shops nearby, beach even closer, recommend Avalon beavh. Kids enjoyed games and extra toys supplied, also a little gift on arrival giving it a personal touch. Hosts very friendly. This place will most definitely be top of my list for a future getaway, highly recommend.

I felt at home at Magnolia Loft the minute I walked in the door. Hosts are friendly and welcoming and I loved the fresh eggs provided. The gorgeous beach is a short walk away and beautiful sunsets from the loft is an added bonus. Hope to return soon.

Had a wonderful stay at Magnolia Loft. Great location and a wonderful host. Surprised my son with a little gift to recover from his surf lessons in the sun. Amenities were great beach towels were also provided. Its the little touches that make a memorable stay. Thanks Dianne and Dave we will be back.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It’s a cute and neat property that’s a short walk to the ocean, a 20 min walk to Falcon cafe and drive to Miami shops. A bus stop out front too for those who need it. Note that access into property is up a flight of stairs. The owners, who live on the ground floor, are super friendly and thoughtful.

Awesome apartment
This gorgeous apartment is spacious, clean and inviting. It is large enough for a family or 2 couples or even a group of adults say on a girls weekend and cozy enough for a couple enjoying a weekend getaway. Spotless, beautifully decorated, close to all amenities and the beach. I met Julie who is lovely and she offered me fresh eggs from her backyard chickens. I would highly recommend to anyone who would like a quality place to stay.

We were so impressed at the homey touches, like the hand made curtains and seaside cottagy colour palette. The bed was very comfy, and there were thoughtful places to park clothes, bags, coats and keys. Thank you for your warm welcome and easy check-in :)

Lovely place with plenty of room, could be even better with some improvements.
Myself and my two boys enjoyed our stay at this property while we were down south for my son’s baseball tournament. The check in process was easy. The amenities were lovely, with two big bedrooms and a large open living area with a dining table. It was very nice to have towels provided and having nice big warm extra blankets was a welcome touch. Having an air conditioner was great to heat up the room on the cold mornings. We liked the other extra touches like receiving eggs from the owners chickens and some Anzac biscuits on our second day. The parking area is great as well as the private stairs to access the place. We did find it a little limiting in that there were only couches that seated 3 people, so when my brother came to visit, he had to sit on a dining chair. Seeing as the property could potentially sleep 4, it would be preferable to have 4 couch seats. Also, the space was really large and definitely would have room for a full size, or even mid size fridge. The fridge instead was very small and wasn’t suitable if you’re planning on bringing a lot of your own food to save money like we did. The plates, bowls and cutlery were all vintage which was charming. However just be aware that the bowls are very small, and as a result my son had to have his cereal out of a mixing bowl.
