I have stayed at Baileys a number of times now. If you’re after a serviced apartment, conveniently located in the CBD, with secure parking & reasonably priced… Then Baileys Serviced Apartments is probably what you’re looking for.

Never write any bad reviews to any hotel until this one. 1. Staff told me the air conditioning would work when I shut off all windows, although it is the first time I been told such conditions, I did follow, nothing happened, air conditioning did not work at all ! 2. Bath had no hot water but warm not cold water, in this cold whether! Give people shock! 3’ I linked customer Wi-Fi successfully but then been told it has been linked but needed to restart the modle as it is not work! I told all these issue to receptionist and hope they would take in consider for future, but they just said, sorry we just change the people who in charge of these, …. Truly, when you booking this hotel might give them a call before you come if you think air conditioner, hot water and Wi-Fi is important to you

Enjoyable stay in East Perth.
The property is situated in East Perth in a nice area close to Wellington Square. The property is well served by public transport - buses for in and around the city and trains (closest station is 15 minutes walk) with links to East Perth bus terminal and the airport. The property is well served with a variety of bars, cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. The security access to the apartment block is very good. The reception staff who are on until 5pm were all very friendly and helpful. I used the laundry self service for washing and drying and that was very good. The room allocated was small and only suitable in my opinion for single occupancy. The room had a smell as if it had previously been used by smokers. I opened the window as far as it could go in order to get as much fresh air in as possible (there was no balcony with this studio room). It would be helpful if the property could supply a few clothes hangers and also 1/2 cereal bowls so go along with the rest of the crockery and cutlery. The bed was very comfortable and the room was cleaned each day during my stay. Thank you.

As friendly as the staff were. There were basic standards that were not acceptable.for a service apartment. 1/ Basic cleaning was not done daily. Bed sheets not done and towels unchanged. By the time returned to apartment had to chase staff up and they had almost gone or had no time to do the cleaning for the day. 2/Front desk staff were very nice but manager whom I was asked to contact lacked ability to do any service recovery for their facility quick smart. Explained had paid service apt rates that included housekeeping but still had to chip in to tidy place myself... but was disappointed with the attitude as was busy explaining how bad the place was before and asking me to email her if I was coming back...ummm really? Damage control is now... There may not be a later... 3/ TV had issues in room but again was given a half hearted not heartfelt response. I guess they have no intention to keep their guest coming back...

Check in very easy. Parking is secured & safe. Unit was relatively clean, shower curtain was mouldy & the drains the in showers could use a scrub or replacing. Beds were comfy.

It is an older accomodation block. May require an update on the gym quipment and a fresh coat of paint on interior to brighten place up but overall it was a really great place to stay. Apartment is in an ideal location and quite spacious. Had everything we could want or need. Balcony was also a good size for people watching and afternoon / evening drinks. The red and yellow cat bus stops are close (and these buses are free by the way), Township quick walk up the road which has all the necessary shops. A supermarket , post office, several cafe /food establishments, a bottle shop and the local pub. There are also several restaurants around the apartment block serving up yummy Italian, Korean, Malaysian and Chinese food. There are fantastic parks and the riverside / Optus Stadium to visit and all within walking distance. And for kiddies of all ages the park at Wellington Square is fantastic and so much fun. Your little ones will go crazy. Finally it is only about 5 mins drive to Perth CBD / Elizabeth Quay or going the other way 10 mins max to the Crown Casino.

Quite a find, very enjoyable surprise
I was pleasantly surprised by this apartment, easy to find, great checkin, desk clerk was very informative and helpful. Parking is limited and tight sqeeze for larger vehicles. Room was lovely we had a one bedroom apartment, it was clean, fresh, great view from the really large non smoking balcony, so if wanting a smoke its a trek down to the front of the hotel. Front desk closes at 4pm I think it was. Security card to get into building, elevators, and room. Plenty of restaraunts within the area only a 2min walk either direction but we ate at the apartments restaraunt and the pizz was amazing. Marzurellas. It is on the Cat route. altough being in a busy street lots of ambulances with sirens on, we didnt hear a thing when inside the apartment, slept well, comfortable beds.
