The bed in our room was awful. From the minute we walked in you could see it was completely caved in in the middle, so it is clearly past it's use-by date and in need of replacement. The staff however were super lovely and friendly. The pool was great and our room was peaceful, so not interrupted by noisy neighbours. We could smell cigarette smoke when we went out onto our verandah so clearly people were not following the rules in nearby rooms. My 4 year old was also very tempted to climb up on the small stool-size table outaide to look over the edge, which is a bit of a risk/hazard, but obviously with constant parental supervision can be avoided. Just thought I would mention that its a bit of a worry for parents with little ones.

Check in was efficient and front office staff were nice and friendly. However, the room was very run down and in need of a refurb. For example, the curtains weren’t hanging properly, furniture was uncomfortable and ripped, beds were rock hard, carpets had a large rip across it. On the positive the location is great, plenty of parking and the kids loved the pool

Staff on arrival were nice and helpful with directions, the rooms were very outdated, lounge seating stained and very uncomfortable, carpet very stained (would not walk around barefoot). The room above us had kids running around (super loud). After a day of driving to the accommodation the pool was loud until about 830pm, just wanted a good nights rest. Ended up turning on the aircon just to drown out all other noise coming from other areas of the hotel. Overall, not a great experience

Very reasonable price midweek. Hotel is ok but getting a bid old and tired. Needs a facelift, but clean and very well situated to town centre. The room was a deluxe one bedroom. A bit disappointing as the inside lounge was really uncomfortable outdoors furniture and our balcony looked over the hotel's loading zone

Property pretty basic but what you would expect for the price. Restaurant good but was woken at 3am with yelling out side looked out of the balcony to see grubs in the car park trying to get into the cars went down and found the night security who called the patrols who found nothing went out myself to find people on floor 5 throwing things off the balcony and cars in the car park reving engines and roaring off obviously new the people upstairs went back in and saw security and he said he’d been up and spoke to her obviously running something from there. Not impressed

Comfort and close to beach, bars and restaurants
Nice stay, hotel a little old and furniture upgrade would be good but super comfy bed and linen, bathroom good size great shower/water pressure etc. Everything you need for a comfortable stay. Lots of eating within walking distance as no dining at the hotel during the week but lots close by. Great beach less than 10 min walk. A good stay and good value for the price. Definitely stay again.
