The lanlady was very welcoming and helpful. The flat had everything we needed.Very clean, so cosy. We loved the balcony, a real delight to have our meals there. The flat is also very close to the town centre and buses. It is a good base for days out to see local attractions. Restaurants and supermakets near by. We really enjoyed our stay and the weather . We highly recommend it for a nice break.

Très très beau et merveilleux appartement.
Très très beau et merveilleux appartement, situé dans un quartier en toute tranquillité pas loin du centre-ville et de la gare. Appartement magnifique tout équipé, propre et fonctionnel avec terrasse équipée, où on peut prendre son petit déjeuner avec le soleil en cadeaux et si celui-ci tape fort il y a un pare-soleil. La propriétaire est d'une immense gentillesse, étant en voyage professionnel elle m'a beaucoup aidé sur tout ce qui est touristique, les transports, les commerces. J'ai passé un très bon moment dans cet appartement et je le recommande à toute personne allant à Perpignan.

Correct
Location propre et refait à neuf. Cependant quelques petits bémols qui reste bénin: salle de bain un peu petite. Coutellerie et couverts à changer (tous les couteaux ne coupent plus!). Appartement neuf mais dans un immobilier vieux ce qui n'est pas trop compatible à mes yeux. Salon un peu bruyant à cause du bruit du chien d'en face et de la circulation (salon et cuisine situés côté rue). Sinon, le reste est très bien. La propriétaire de maison est très gentille et à l'écoute de ses locataires. Chambre parfaite et sans bruit. Parfait pour moi qui avait besoin de calme. Salle de bain petite mais fonctionnelle (sèche cheveux, papier toilettes, serviettes, etc). Nombreux placards et de rangements. Cette location est située à 9 minutes à pied de Casino, située à 17 minutes à pied du Castillet, située également à 19 minutes à pied du Leclerc Sud, la gare est est à 23 minutes à pied. L'Espagne est à 50 minutes en voiture (La Jonquera) et Barcelone en voiture est à 2h10. Cette location est centrée sur les tous les axes routiers. Idéal pour deux mais pas pour 3/4 personnes car c'est un peu petit.
