After I pay everything, they say that I have to pay taxes , a lot of money over 200 dollars !!! Way ??? They don’t give me the answer, it is the first and last time in this place , only one super slow elevator

The receptionist was not customer friendly at all. Ask me for my passport in order to check in so if your a tourist from another country you don’t pay taxes. The receptionist Ask me for a photo of my document and picture of my entry date then she still did not honor it after I showed her what she asked me for. Terrible customer service

The hotel was just perfect, the staff were very friendly and attentive....although the 10th floor was a little noisy due to being under the restaurant and Yiu can hear chairs moving all the time ...but overall very clean and very good .... Great location, as most things are walkable.

Lovely! The place is not very new, but the conditions are ok. I would love it if the hot shower had more pressure and the streets were not so noisy at night, but the receptionist is very friendly.
