We assure you a discreet presence and will be at your disposal to meet your needs. Late arrival possible.

Hiking trails are in the immediate vicinity of which the GR 22, the manor of Courboyer Nocé, home of the Regional Park of Perche, is 3 km, forests, ponds, recreation center, equestrian walks and hiking are possible nearby.

Ground floor: living room (sofa bed 2 people) with kitchen and beautiful view of the countryside, wc. Floor by spiral staircase: attic bedroom (double bed) with sitting area and 2nd TV, bathroom with shower and bath + wc. Washer dryer. Outdoor space 20m². For your comfort, linen (sheets, towels, tea towels) is included and the bed is made upon arrival. Cottage classified 3 ears GDF.

Parfait
gîte très confortable , propre, calme, avec une vue apaisante. Aménagé et décoré avec bon goût que ce soit à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur. Les propriétaires sont discrètes et très sympa. Un havre de paix ;)
