The cosy and nicely furnished apartment “Kraft” is part of the “KronSun” apartments in Percha (Perca), a village near Bruneck (Brunico) in the Puster Valley (Val Pusteria), with direct access to the slopes and is a great starting point for exploring the beautiful region of South Tyrol. The 90 m² apartment consists of a living room with a double bed, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms as well as 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine (in the basement) and satellite television. A baby cot and a highchair are available on request. Start the day with a coffee on the balcony with nice views of the surrounding mountains, while the private outdoor area on the ground floor boasts an open terrace with seating furniture and a garden for you to relax and spend the evenings. The communal garden area also offers deck chairs, a play area for children as well as a barbecue for guests to cook their own tasty meals. In Percha (Perca) you will find a supermarket and a restaurant both after 2 minutes on foot (120 m), and a pharmacy is just across the street. In Bruneck (Brunico), an 8-minute drive (4.7 km) from the property, you can stroll about the charming centre with its many shops, cafés and high quality restaurants with regional cuisine. There is also a train to Bruneck (Brunico), which leaves from the nearby train station (a 4-minute walk or 250 m). In winter, the nearest skiing area Kronplatz is located directly in front of the building, and many mountain tracks and famous peaks are in the immediate vicinity of the village. South Tyrol’s vibrant capital city of Bolzano (Bozen) can be reached after a 70-minute-drive (80 km) through picturesque valleys.
