Not worth the money.
Went for our anniversary and couldn’t be more disappointed with our choice in hotels. Charge $12 to park in an open parking lot across the street. Facility is really outdated and carpets throughout were very dirty. Coffee maker dirty from previous occupants. Soap scum everywhere in the bathroom. $4 dollar water bottles in room. One of which was a random brand from a gas station. Curtains stained with something red.

Had to change room ac broke blowing hot air, toliet was broke all restrooms were dirty. Garbage all over pool area. Advertised hot tub in all pics, no hot tub. Expired elevator certificate also

Did not tell me I had to pay extra $150 until check in on top of that the room was non refundable but would not let me check in unless I paid $150 for incidentals which usually is $50. Then I also had to pay extra for parking. The communication was not good but the stay was good and the breakfast servers Shannon and Barb were great though. They brought my baby out cheesecake and sang happy birthday!!! And made sure we were taken care of!

I rented the room for my 9 year’s old son birthday! We had 4 boys in the king suite! When Sunny at East Peoria Embassy suites asked my son Grayson what his favorite part was and coming from my 9 year old he did not have to Think about it! He stated the view! This was the first time we stayed at one and definitely will be back!!

Hotel is overpriced for old furniture and couches that sink In. Parking is 12 dollars which is ridiculous when already paying to stay at the hotel where else are we suppose to park? Guest service when checking is seem uninterested and didn’t emphasis that happy hour started at 5 am, or how to use the punch card. Please have personal hotspot unless you want to pay an additional 11 for wifi.
