The ocean view was beautiful. Property is a bit outdated and lots of issues in the room. Easy access to walk for miles on the beach. Overall we weren’t in our room much so didn’t let the issues in the room bother us too much

Enjoyed our stay.
Enjoyed the stay there and what a beautiful view. The pool is a nice size and liked the lay out of the buildings. You don't seem to be as packed in as some of the other places we have stayed in the past. This is a very good value and would recommend.

Beautiful property and a perfect location on the beach . The Okaloosa island in Fort Walton Beach it is one of the most beautiful and mesmerizing beachfront lication around Destin area and also have the softest sand, the clearest water with the most mesmorizing turquoise water surrounded by the soft and white sand dunes around the property.

Great staff and location.
This was our 2nd time staying at this property. This was a 1 night stay and the staff was outstanding! We had a car battery issue and several staff members were very helpful. The 1 bedroom suite and gulf view were great! We enjoy the location of this property, pools, and 24 hour game room. Great place to stay! We will return for a 3rd trip..

The doors barely closed. Used full force to slam alomg with others down the hall as we barely got any sleep due to the noise. Staff expected us to use the same washcloth for 3 days. NO!! Cleaning crew acted offended when I asked for more twice. Front desk didnt care when I complained about all of these things at checkout. Never would I recommend this place. Only nice thing about it as the tvs around the pool to watch games while laying out or swimming.

Overall the place was ok. But they had some remodeling going on at the time in the rooms above us. A lot of beating and banging. And at one point water was leaking from the ceiling. But besides that. Everything else was ok

The location was the best part of this property. The pool area was clean and well kept. Our first night was up to our expected standard but we had to move rooms the 2nd night as it was a separate reservation. That room was small, a handicap room, the toilet and refrigerator were not working well and made terrible noise ALL night! I spoke with the front desk and they said sorry we are full and can’t move you. I asked for a credit to use at the restaurant or another means of small compensation. He said the manager would contact me; which never happened. In the midst of a mandatory evacuation from hurricane Milton this was disappointing to say the least.

The staff was amazing hotel and grounds were always being cleaned. Pool was clean and comfortable. As for the king suite. VERY old and run down!!! Bed very uncomfortable. Suite was cozy and quant but needs remodeling. As For the standad king room we had for our last night..... was very nice and not as bad of shape.

Horrible place to stay
Arrived to check in and it wasn’t too bad. Except the $10 a day to park which is not cool if the public parks for free. Then got to the room and it wasn’t as advertised. Old and dated with broken door locks. Then we noticed the roaches. Then the old broke down bed. The second morning we had maintenance workers barge in without knocking at 9am. And one stood staring at my wife in bed. I had to run them off. Called to talk to a manager and one was not on duty. They said they’d leave a message and have one call me. Never got a call. And maintenance hammered and banged in other rooms all day long. Now back to the paying to park. The 3rd day a shipping container was brought in and took up a whole side of the parking lot. Which is ridiculous when the hotel is full. Will definitely never stay here again and will not recommend anyone stay there.
