Location, location, location!! This 2 bed/2 bath loft is in the middle of all the action with stunning Palafox views that are hard to find. If you like to be in right in the center of boisterous city life, this is the unit for you. Palafox Street is filled with restaurants, bars, shops- and you'll be just a short elevator ride away.

This entire condo is a part of the The Brent Lofts vacation home rentals and located on the 3rd floor (elevator access). The historic building, built in 1906, offers the perfect balance of historic charm and modern amenities! Includes access to the fitness center and Sky Lounge patio area, ground floor lobby doubles as Brent Lofts Art Gallery. Direct street access to over 40 walkable restaurants and shops in the heart of Downtown Pensacola, Palafox Street!

Check In Process:
To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to send email address and sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. During the week of arrival, we will send step-by-step instructions and videos showing how to download and use the phone app to enter the common space and condo door. It is highly recommended to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in.

-Parking is not included in your stay, but validation can be added at a nightly discounted rate ($10) upon request.
-We do offer discounts for longer stays, military, wedding, etc. Please contact management for more info.
-No pets allowed.
-Condo overlooks Palafox Street, Downtown Pensacola's liveliest street, which may produce noise from surrounding businesses on weekend evenings. Please bear in mind when booking and let us know if you have any questions!

Awesome loft and location
The loft we stayed in was literally in brand new condition. Modern furniture and appliances and top finishes. Very tastefully decorated. One of the best places I’ve stayed. Be wary of staying on Palafox Street as the late night noise can be problematic. It was for us and the host moved us to a much quieter location. The experience working with the host couldn’t have been better. Would definitely stay here again.
