Always Pleased.....
I think this is my 4th time staying here. Never had any complaints at all. Front desk staff is ALWAYS welcoming. Lobby is ALWAYS clean. Rooms are ALWAYS clean and smell good. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Can't beat the price!!! Extremely happy with my choice to stay here when I come to Pensacola.

I went into room 223 and it smelled bad when i went to check the bathroom there was hair everywhere in the tub and on the floor. It looks like the housekeeper didnt even try to clean the tub.i recorded it and I went to the front desk and showed the young man the video i was given room 116 no appology or anything, i had my toddler with me and it was very inconvenient to walk into an unclean room.

It’s okay
It’s pretty good, bit of a damp smell in the room because the fridge was leaking into the tv table thing which was sponging up. CPAP smelled like it for days. Not gonna be a problem in other rooms but also there’s no way they didn’t know that was happening cuz it’d been happening for awhile so… not sure if other stuff is getting ignored elsewhere. Front desk lady was stresssssed. Was comfortable tho. Safe. Did the trick.

It's not new, but it was clean. The room was spacious and there was a large refrigerator with freezer, a microwave, and a simple counter, which was very convenient. The take-out breakfast was also convenient. It was cheap, but the food was good and I recommend it.

the staff member who checked me in seemed irritated. it would have been nice to see some fresh fruit for breakfast, bananas, apples, oranges, etc. and though i know it's not in your control, the u-turn light to get back onto the interstate took over 7 minutes. I did appreciate the firmness of the pillows though, that was nice!
