I scheduled a stay at this location due to a work event in the area but management was not helpful in accommodating a late check-in. How are guests to enjoy what they pay for when front desk is not even available to attend on property? I was redirected to the website hours of operation every time when I tried to negotiate access to my room, which I never got to occupy, by the way. I called property while I was at work and was told unfortunately I would not be able to check in because I would be arriving after 5pm. I cancelled my reservation and property still charged me as if I did physically stay on site. I complained to Expedia because I even bought insurance in case of any unforeseen inconvenience. Do not book with HomeStay unless you have a flight that arrives to the area before 5pm. Otherwise, you are left to your own devices to find a place to stay or change your trip altogether. No no-contact check-in option was even mentioned in reservation information or offered either. That would have been helpful…in my case.
