This hotel is only about 6 months old, so like new. Great sized room, great bathroom, very good breakfast. Very clean and tidy as like new….. HOWEVER….. the air con is loud. I really couldn’t believe this for a new building it had an old fashioned AC unit in the room and really let the place down as my sleep was disrupted because of it. I would have given a 5 star rating on the property if it wasn’t for this point. A big shoutout for the lovely lady in the breakfast area each morning as such a nice person.

Good location near highway access, shopping, and a good variety of restaurants. The property appeared to be well maintained. Staff was professional & friendly. The room was perfect for a weekend visit. The only average aspect noticed was breakfast. Its in line with industry standards. Not good or healthy but acceptable by today's standards.

The property was very conveniently located near restaurants and shopping. The staff was friendly and helpful. At the front desk Char and Maggie were always pleasant and greeted me by name. The breakfast area staff kept things well stocked and clean. The housekeeping was well done. I must mention Miss Tammy and Angelica. They took pride in their work I no problems with any of the staff they were all pleasant. I would recommend this property and I would stay there again.

Although i booked a premium room on Expedia i was advised that these rooms that are booked are not always available when checking in. Was informed by the front desk that unfortunately because i booked through Expedia a third party rather than through the IHG website, that the premium room I booked wasn’t available. It would’ve been nice to know this prior to booking on Expedia otherwise I would’ve booked a cheaper room. I paid more for my room booking and stayed in a room that was less than that premium room which was unfortunate. And still no refund from the damages that was paid for before checking in.. Other than that, place was decent, friendly staff!
