As you arrive, you will be greeted by a beautiful spacious studio unit that sleeps 4. The main area features a gorgeous kitchen, living and dining area where you can mingle and unwind. The couch doubles as a a top rated queen sleeper with auto pump for sleep support in the main living area and the Queen bedroom hosts beautiful linens and en-suite bathroom. Dine- in at the two person dining table after your cook with stainless steel appliances and all accessories needed for your stay.

Additional in home amenities include washer/dryer, wifi/cable, 2 TVs, coffee maker with pods, and iron with iron board. While we love our furry friends, we prefer that they vacation without your pets.

Check In Process:
To check in at any of our 16 Brent Loft condos, guests will need to send email address and sign rental agreement. Minimum age at check in is 25. ID may be requested to confirm age and identity verification. During the week of arrival, we will send step-by-step instructions and videos showing how to download and use the phone app to enter the common space and condo door. It is highly recommended to review and complete these items before arriving on property to allow for a seamless check in.

-Parking is not included in your stay, but validation can be added at a nightly discounted rate ($10) upon request.
-We do offer discounts for longer stays, military, wedding, etc. Please contact management for more info.
-No pets allowed.

BEDROOM & BATHROOM
•Bedroom 1: Queen size bed, TV, closet space.
•Bathroom: Located in the hallway, with stand-alone shower.
•Living Room: Queen blow up sofa bed. Please note that if you anticipate needing to use the sleeper sofa to accommodate more occupants, there is a $20 charge associated with this. Please let a member of management know ASAP we can properly prepare the suite for your stay. Smart TV.
