The bedding smelled really bad and when all the family members laid down on the bed, they had hives all over their bodies due to an allergic reaction so we checked out early. Our family had a terrible stay. My son go go hospital emergency room. The bedding and room maintenance are the worst.

Lovely weekend in Fort Walton beach
The room was comfortable and clean, mostly quiet - there was some noise from nearby construction, but didn't disturb us or keep us from sleeping. Atmosphere in restaurants was nice. Loved the Upper Deck - so beachy! Limited menu at Dempsey's but what we had was good. Wasn't impressed with the breakfast buffet; too limited in selections. No noise from adjoining rooms. And of course, the beach is fabulous. Staff were friendly and helpful. All in all a good trip. I would recommend.

Great only complaint would be limited parking in the parking garage and near the building that we were staying, which is located on the beach. We often had to park far away, but overall it was a great stay.

We stayed here because this is where we stayed 5 years ago and loved it, but it’s went downhill quickly. No cleaning service was provided for our entire 4 night stay. There were 2 or 3 friendly employees and the rest acted annoyed when you ask them anything. We also watched a drone hover around our balcony until we spotted it, and it was flown away. The grounds and gardens that used to be so pretty have been neglected and are dirty and full of weeds. It’s also almost impossible to find parking. The view from the room was nice. The air conditioner worked. So there’s some good.
