Located within Ullswater Heights very own ‘Pods by The Lake’ development, the Movie Pods with fun interior finishes inspired by Hollywood movies are the perfect retreat for a family of up to four or a couple. The Movie Pod is a compact space inside which is an open plan living, kitchen and dining area, complete with wall mounted 55” Smart TV and soundbar. The kitchen includes a two-ring electric hob, an integrated oven and microwave, along with under counter fridge with a freezer compartment. Sleeping up to four, with one double and one twin (a small space for two adults but perfect for two children). Please note, Pods are not suitable for families with infants requiring travel cots. Outside to the front you’ll find a front decking area with fantastic views onto Ullswater Heights lake boasting a picnic table (suitable for four), whilst to the side a private courtyard with an outdoor hot tub.. Ullswater Heights is part of our Evermore Lodge Holidays Collection, boasting hand-picked lodges and a secluded glamping village featuring deluxe safari tents, all complete with their very own decking and steamy hot tubs set in the landscaped grounds of a former quarry and providing the perfect backdrop for your Cumbrian holiday. Please be aware as this is a brand new park there is still some minor landscaping work taking place around the facilities and accommodation but this shouldn't affect your stay.
Security Deposit
Please be aware that during check-in, we will place a temporary pre-authorisation hold of 1p on a valid debit or credit card. This hold is a precautionary measure. In the unlikely event of reported damage or theft occurring during your stay, we reserve the right to charge an amount equivalent to the cost of repair and/or replacement. This charge will be deducted from the card provided. In such a situation, Leisure Resorts will make every effort to contact you before any charges are incurred to discuss possible remedies.
The park have a strict policy in place which states no hot tubs can be used or music after 10:30pm. All guests will receive one warning if there is a complaint if anymore guests will be asked to leave without a refund.
Group Bookings
Unfortunately hen and stag parties are not permitted at this park. For single sex group bookings these need to be agreed with park before booking, please call to book as group bookings can be turned away without pre-approval.
