Super résidence !
La residence est très bien située sur les hauteurs de Peniscola avec une vue superbe sur la mer et la ville. L appartement est très fonctionnel et a une belle terrasse. Vous n avez pas besoin d apporter quoi que ce soit, il y a tous les ustensils ainsi que plancha sur place. Le lave vaiselle et la machine a laver sont très pratique. La propriétaire est très gentille et sur place il y a une personne qui intervient s il y a un probleme. Je recommande cet appartement en plus vous n etes qu a 1h20 de Valence si vous voulez y passer la journée. Le château de Peniscola est absolument a faire.

Très bon séjour à peñiscola
L'appartement ainsi que la résidence sont très agréable à y séjourner. C'est propre et la vue panoramique est magnifique car la résidence est située dans les hauteurs de peñiscola. D'où la difficulté à se rendre à la plage à pied. La voiture est indispensable pour tous déplacements.

Schöner Pool, sehr hellhörig und laut
Alle Geräusche im Komplex hallen durch den Innenhof, besonders rücksichtslos die Dauerbewohner der Nachbarwohnung. Ihr Küchfenster, das direkt gegenüber des einen Schlafraum ist, ist ständig geöffnet und man ist allen Gesrächen, Geräuschen und Kochgerüchen ausgeliefert. Ich werde dort sicherlich nicht mehr Urlaub machen.

La zona no está cerca de la playa es un alto de colina, para descansar de la civilización muy bien... Coger el coche para todo, eso sí, aparcar es difícil... Playa norte muy llena , y playa sur para niños mejor... El apartamento muy normal pero bien, lo único que el menaje de cocina , cazuelas , sartenes ... deja que desear

Super résidence et emplacement
Propriétaire très prévenant et attentionné. Logement très agréable et piscine chauffée exceptionnelle. Emplacement et vue sur la ville et la mer grandiose. Cathy nous a bien facilité la vie en parlant français lors de la remise des clés. Bref, séjour en famille parfait, nous avons passé d'excellente vacances de la toussaint avec un climat au top. Je recommande sans hésiter ce logement.

Agréable vacance dans un beau cadre
Propriété propre, agréable. L'orientation de la terrasse donne sur les montagnes et sur la mer. Petit bémol par contre car pas de possibilité de lire le matin sous le soleil sur la terrasse (à l'ombre). L'appartement est bien équipé mais manque de place pour stocker les commissions. La piscine est à l'ombre à partir de 17h30, dommage. Un mercato est à proximité pour faire les courses et un centre commercial à une heure de route. Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances.

Super séjour en famille à Peñíscola
Nous avons vraiment passé un très bon moment dans cette belle ville de Peñíscola. L’appartement est tout à fait fidèle à la description. Nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse au maximum. Tout est fonctionnel. La ville est vraiment magnifique surtout le château et la vieille ville. Venant de Bretagne, nous ne sommes pas très adeptes des plages bondées. Nous nous sommes donc éloignés un peu pour avoir moins de monde. Et le soir, quel bonheur de se promener dans les petites ruelles de la vieille ville avec sa multitude de restaurants, bars et boutiques... Je reviendrai avec plaisir et je recommande cette location. Merci beaucoup.

Nous avons passés de très bonnes vacances , l'appartement est très bien équipé et aussi avec une superbe piscine, la vue de la terrasse est juste MAGNIFIQUE . PENISCOLA est une ville très dynamique du matin au soir , nombreux restaurants et la plages est super belle mais remplie de mondes , pour se baigner vaut mieux aller à Vinaros où vous trouverez de très jolies criques et surtout beaucoup moins fréquenté . Les propriétaires sont très sympathique , Je vous conseille vivement cette adresse. Sylvie, Pascal et leurs enfants

J'ai écrit dans un e-mail au propriétaires les problèmes. Piscine pas disponibles, Aucun eau chaud pour une semaine ou avertissement des problèmes piscine. J'attends compensation.

On vous conseille cette residence...pour aller à la plage il vaut mieux prendre un abonnement parking a la semaine..il faut descendre à la plage en voiture.. .sinon rien à redire et peniscola c est super..
