We were originally booked on the second floor, but since there is no elevator and my wife has bad knees, we asked a clean staff member who was up there if we could be moved to the first floor. She was great. She did a quick check on her phone, found a room on the first floor, and relayed the info to the front desk. I just had to go and switch keys at the front desk. It worked out GREAT. Thank you all again.

Recent dealing with Comfort Inn Pembroke.
I didn’t stay, when I tried to cancel I was told I couldn’t. It is a policy of the hotel, I will never stay at the comfort Inn Pembroke again. I usually go to visit family at Least 4 times a year and was staying at their hotel but after trying to cancel and being told no, to me big rip off. Things happen in life and plans change but they could care less.

Just a middle-of-the-pack Name-brand motel. Everything we could expect, but nothing exceptional. WIFI worked, but we found access required re-visiting the front desk (no in-room info re password, etc., and front desk did not respond to phone enquiry)
