This property has a wonderful situation being so close to the beach and the village. It accommodates 8 very comfortably with a downstairs double bedroom and opposite shower and toilet. It is very spacious with a lounge, dining room, kitchen and utility area all open plan. Upstairs are three double bedrooms, two with twin beds, The main bedroom is en suite. It is comfortable and homely. The pool has just been refurbished and is an excellent size. All the bedrooms have balconies and the roof has views fo the sea on both sides. Free wifi.Free airconditioing in the bedrooms.

Villa next to a major building site
Upon arrival the Villa was located directly next to major building works with works commencing upon 7.30am the morning after arrival. Given the works were in a cornfield there was excess dust along with the disruption of drilling, diggers on site. The owner stated that if they had known they would have not rented out the villa. But clearly they did know of the building work given current excavation work. We have asked for a refund to the value of the new villa that had to be booked after leaving the existing villa within 24 hours.

We stayed at this villa for 2 weeks. Its an excellent location, easy walking distance to the beach and strip. The listing is not accurate, there is only air con in the bedrooms which meant the downstairs of the villa was mostly unusable due to the heat. I would not have booked this villa if i had known this as we knew Cyprus in July was going to be hot. There is only a couple of channels on the TV and the signal is very bad so they are unwatchable. Although we did not watch TV a lot this was a disappointment as we were hoping to watch some of the olympics and this was not really possible. The villa needs some TLC, while it is clean and is well stocked with towels etc there are loose floor tiles and stairs, its fairly dated and needs updating. There is plently of outside seating and the pool is great. Unfortunately while we were there one aircon units broke as well as the fridge. Michelle who looks after the villa sorted replacements and was very helpful.

The property needs some maintenance to it, its a bit tired, but very spacious and a lovely large pool. plenty of outside seating and umbrella's very peaceful area, not far from beach or shops, all walking distance. the manager was helpful and supplied taxis to and from airport. all bedrooms had air-conditioning, which was much needed, as we picked a very hot week! the bathrooms do need a bit of re vamping. but we enjoyed our stay..

Excellent location!
We had a wonderful holiday in this villa. It is very large and spacious and all the rooms are of a good size. Its in a great location- easy walking distance from Coral Bay beach and the strip with a variety of good bars and restaurants. There is a large outside area too with a wonderful pool, just a new umbrella and replacement sunbed covers then this villa would be even better. Thankyou Angela

Fantastic holiday !
The villa is very spacious. The downstairs bedroom and bathroom were ideal for a guest in a wheelchair and the upstairs bedrooms were large and very comfortable. There is a huge amount of outside space and the pool is great. Just a short walk from a wheelchair accessible beach in one direction and lots of shops,cafes and restaurants in the other direction plus a large supermarket very close. There are lots of places to visit nearby,many of them child friendly. If you want a great holiday in Cyprus you couldn't do better than stay in this villa.

Nous avons apprécié cette propriété pour son emplacement idéal sur l'île à 5min à pied de la plage. Nous étions 8avec un bébé,chacun sa chambre et salle de bain,piscine agréable, plusieurs terrasses et propriétaires très réactifs, en effet,nous avons eu un petit souci de lave-vaisselle, sitôt évoqué de sitôt dépanné . Nous recommandons cette propriété dans cette partie de l'île, pour son confort et son emplacement
