The house is installed in the middle area of the rectangle. In it there is a porch of about 20 meters. A large kitchen-dining room, very bright and sunny, about 18 meters. An independent room of 21 m. An 18 m master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom equipped with a Jacuzzi, sink, water polo player and bidet. A second bedroom and 10 m. with a toilet and a shower.

Next to the house is the private pool and the garden area. This space has a service with sink, toilet and shower. There is another outdoor shower. It also has a barbecue kitchen next to the pool and a pergola. It also has several sun loungers, a large parasol, an Arab fountain and a well-kept garden.

There is a covered and closed space of about fifty meters, with a second barbecue kitchen.
