Great Place to Stay
Waterside apartments was a wonderful place to stay! Francine was extremely helpful and responsive. The unit is large, clean and well appointed with comfortable beds, modern appliances and all the comforts of home. The shower water pressure is glorious and the fridge has safe filtered water and ice!. Roti den and the pizza place across the street are both easy yummy restaurants and there’s a big grocery store just a 10 min drive toward holetown. The pool is huge and great for laps or playtime. The beach was small just outside the building and quite wavy during our stay but a short walk down the beach had some lovely snorkelling where we even saw some lobsters

WOW, WOW & WOW - Blown away by this place
We have just come back from this beautiful place. Everything about it is perfect, from the moment we booked it Francene the host kept us updated with anything and everything we needed to know and always answered any questions we had straight away. When we arrived Francene met us at the apartment and showed us around. The apartment is stunning!! it has everything you could possible need and more besides, the pool is lovely and the direct access to the beach is great. We felt so happy and at home in the apartment and the great location. We can't thank Francene enough for all of her help before and during our holiday, she is a god send. We will definitely be returning to this beautiful apartment

Fantastic Spacious Condo (in a great location)
super stay in the week before Xmas - can't fault the condo which was well priced suitably appointed and in a great location. Communication with the owner was excellent. A few useful larder things like laundry detergent, milk and tea would be useful for late arrivals

Beautiful condo on the beach
Condo was fantastic, great location. We were in Barbados for a 50th birthday and we all had a great time. The place was perfect for 2 couples, and the location was great. Easy to get anywhere, just walked out the front of the condo and jumped on the bus

The property was great for 2 couples. Enjoyed the pool and easy access to the beach make it easy to go for long walks. High quality appliances and fixtures. Francene was very responsive and helpful. Small suggestion would be TV's in the bedrooms

We loved our 23 days at Waterside 104. Francene was Excellent to deal with.
The Villa is exactly as described. I would give it 4 and 1/2 stars out of 5. Only one small item… there was no laundry detergent or dishwasher detergent on site when we arrived. We had to purchase these items. Not a big deal, but something you expect on your arrival. The property is great with a wonderful pool area. Great restaurant choices close by was well or short bus ride to Holetown.

Awesome Oceanfront Views
The villa we stayed at in Paynes Bay had a gorgeous view of the ocean and our room was literally 30 yards from the beach. The villa was bigger than we expected and was beautiful. The check in process was seamless and our host was fantastic to the point where she even did a bit of grocery shopping for us since we arrived on Christmas eve after the stores were closed. The only thing you should be aware is that you probably need a car as the villa isn't walking distance to too many restaurants or stores. Holetown is about 3 km away. Loved the stay and would definitely recommend it for a family.

A fabulous week in Barbados
This condo was perfect for two couples. Each of us had our own master suite. It was a great location, walking distance to great restaurants and a gorgeous pool on a beach front. We had a fabulous week.

Waterside Bliss
My wife and I stayed at 104 Waterside for three weeks, accompanied by our adult daughter for the first 10 days. We loved the space, the multiple bathrooms, the well equipped kitchen and the spaces, inside and outside to relax. The choice of pool or sea was great to either cool off or indulge in a bit of snorkelling. We had an absolutely fantastic time exploring the island but were always grateful to return to what became our home from home. Everything about the description is accurate but in this case we would say it exceeded our expectations and would definitely recommend this amazing accommodation. It is comfortable, well situated, secure (there is 24/7 security on site) and very well maintained ( lovely pool guy is here every day keeping everything in tip-top shape). Would definitely stay here again.

Loved our stay!
Everything was as promised except it’s all much nicer than the pictures can capture. The unit was large and spotless and perfect for two couples to share. Each bedroom had an ensuite, one a 4 piece and the other a 3, the common area was lovely and the kitchen was fully functional and had all the tools req’d to make meals if so desired. A large grocery store is only minutes away. If home cooking is not for you, Holetown and many dining options are all nearby. Francene, our host was great and though we did not need much, she checked to see we were happy during our stay. We would return to Waterside in a blink!

Excellent in every aspect.We could not fault one single thing.
Exactly as the photos on line were. The location is fantastic and so many restaurants in such a short distance.Great supermarket very close.Francene who is on hand for everything if you need any help she was totally amazing and both my husband and l want to say a huge thank you for all your help.I was unfortunately taken I’ll after a week of our months stay and to say Francene was like a guardian angel is a correct and accurate description. We really could not have managed without her help.We would definitely stay and are just deciding when to rebook for which month.Also a mention about the security at the apartment which is superb and the helpful and very pleasant pool man who kept everything in tip top condition.We also found a wonderful driver called sterling !!! who was very reasonable and took us all over the island and also waited if we wanted him to.. Thank you .
