Villa Sevi is a secluded village house, built with authentic local stone. It enjoys private swimming pool (7.0 X 4.0 m.), beautiful gardens, air-conditioned bedrooms and it is located in a quiet area by the main road towards Loggos, Paxos, less than a kilometre away.
This charming holiday villa can accommodate with ease a family or party of four (4) persons and one (1) child and it is surrounded by large walled gardens and lovely terraces, ideal for those looking to relax among the peaceful Paxos countryside, away from it all.
Next to the villa a private parking is available for occupants' personal use.

Layout
Entering Villa Sevi, you get into an open plan space with dining - sitting area with a fully equipped kitchen. A small lounge with a comfortable sofa is available in this area too that can accommodate one extra person.
Living area opens onto the front terrace and the beautiful gardens with the stunning views to the surrounding hills, covered with olive groves and cypress trees.
The villa has a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with also en-suite shower. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned.

Pool and Gardens
At the front of the villa there is a large courtyard with lounge / dining area and just two steps further, the private swimming pool, set within beautiful sunny terraces. Alongside the pool there is a second roofed sitting / dining area ideal for romantic al fresco dining under the shimmering moonlight.
On the left hand side of this charming property there is a small stone staircase leading to an elevated area where is an established BBQ , a stone built table and stone benches.

Lovely peaceful spot
This little stone cottage is surrounded by the peace of nature, yet is only a ten minute walk from the charming laid back little town of loggos. There is a really great outside area next to the pool with some vines, lemon trees etc. The inside of the cottage is very simple but beds are comfortable and both rooms have a/c. The kitchen is very small and suffices for very basic food preparation. In all, we had a magical time on Paxos.

Lovely quiet stay in beautiful Loggos
Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. It’s a 10 minutes walk from lovely Loggos, which if you’re fit and active is absolutely fine and means you have the benefit of a quiet spot. Two good sized bedrooms, and a perfectly adequate kitchen / living area, which would be small for a winter stay but as we were outside almost the whole time was great - we didn’t need an indoor table. Kitchen basic but suited our needs perfectly. Loved the pool and terrace. The only thing that would have improved it was an outdoor comfy seating area, but that’s nit picking to look for what would make it perfect. Absolutely no complaints. Shame there wasn’t even a basic welcome pack, as that’s such a nice touch to have a bottle of wine and some bread, but again that’s not a complaint. Would def recommend.

Pros: We enjoyed our stay, you are in walking distance of Loggos, it is a great pool, good outdoor seating and sun beds, great aircon good beds to sleep on. Cons: we did ask for some sharp knives which came very quickly but there just aren't not enough kitchen utensils. No cooking trays/casserole dishes for the oven (hence oven spotless because you can't use it!), no big pans, one plastic serving dish..... a real shame as we like cooking on our holiday to keep costs manageable. Showers can be erratic , either burning hot (dangerous for young children), or cold, as they are difficult to adjust.

if the pool pump/filter had been working better it would have helped. It was only turned on/ off at certain times. So no early morning/evening swim. Washing needs to be moved and put in a better place, near drying area would be better. The insect nets need to be replaced as they are starting to go. Plus putting two on the bathroom windows would help. The villa was in an ideal place. The outside space was lovely . Would we stay again? Maybe

Maison de caractère mais manque de confort
Cette mignonne petite maison, tres bien située mérite d’être mieux équipée pour un bon séjour (pas de machine à café, pas de parasol, les lits sont très durs et Les abords du jardin sont catastrophiques comme une déchèterie). Il faudrait nettoyer les alentours de la maison pour donner l’impression que le jardin n’est pas laissé à l’abandon.il y a des choses à améliorer pour donner à cette maison et son jardin tout le confort attendu. Sinon l’agence est très réactive et fait tout son maximum pour régler les problèmes. En conséquence nous n’avons pas vécu dans cette maison, seulement pour dormir.
