Friendly helpful staff, great location for bars and the beach and restaurants, Pattaya easy to get to. Will definitely book here again.

A very unexpected and disappointing stay

Pros: The close proximity to the beach and entertainment etc.
Cons: All that is mentioned above.
Having stayed and given a good report on the other Zing hotel this was an unexpected shock. The hotel is tired and could do with some tender loving care. My room was superficially clean, but attention to detail was lacking. The shower, toilet area was particularly dirty. A buildup, I suggest over months, of black mould in various areas. Also there were urine stains at the back of the toilet. On checking out I made a point of informing the assistant manager and the senior housekeeper. I also showed them the photos I took.

Belle piscine, chambre spacieuse et confortable, personnel sympathique et attentionné. Un excellent séjour dans un hôtel qui surpasse les attentes. Je le recommande chaudement !

Seit Jahren meine Unterkunft, wenn ich in Pattaya bin. Immer sehr zufrieden. Freundliches Persinal. Saubere Zimmer und die Lage des Hotels für mich optimal. Die Preis Leistung ist super !!

Zentral und recht ruhig, d.h. die Musik aus den Bars in der Nähe hörte ich nur ganz leise. Klimaanlage leise und gut regulierbar. Restaurants, Läden, Strand und Flughafenbus in Fussdistanz. Zum Frühstück kann ich mich nicht äussern weil ich keines gegessen habe.

Wenn der allgemeine Zustand der Zimmer etwas besser wäre gäbe es gar nichts zu beanstanden. Zimmerpersonal wie immer super. Sensationell: wegen Virus musste ich viel frūher nach Hause, berechnet wurde nur die effektiv dort verbrachte Zeit..👍👍👍
