I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The beds were comfy and it was quiet. There were a few minor issues like the toilet was leaking a bit as well as the AC. Some of the room amenities are outdated but overall a nice place to stay. I really enjoyed the pool on the property as well!!

Hard beds, pool unusable, not recommended
Rock hard uncomfortable mattress. No A/C remote, no safety box in room, no sitting chairs as pictured in photo nor on balcony. Pool was unusable as they were chiseling up all the concrete (????). The friendly helpful staff were the only highlight here.

There's nothing special or uniqueabout the property. The receptionist at the check-in counter can get grumpy if you ask a few too many questions and night the shifts even worse, your best is to stay away from them

Huge hotel but looking dated
It's Pattaya. The hotel is not too far from the beach. It is a very big hotel but could do with modernisation of the rooms. The little security guard was always friendly and saluting us whenever he saw us. The reception staff need to smile, as they always looked angry and not approachable.
