One of the best
Amazing place, amazing location, close to the bus station. Not close to the beach which would be a down side to many people, but for me i wasn't interested in it so the location was more than convenient for me. Big clap to the cleaning service as its one of the most clean budget hotels I've been at, and I've been at A LOT. Staff are very helpful, but i wish they smile more. I stayed there 4 nights

This Hotel is in his age and the Owners I think like to invest a couple THB. I was at the Pool and need to wake up the Stuff from sleeping behind the Bar. The Room was clean and the Breakfast was ok. All in all it was ok for that money but not a real good catch of a Deal. There a better ones for that money.

Good value budget hotel
Friendly and helpful staff. Free parking on site. The only downside is it is a way from everything so ideally you have a ar or you would need a taxi. A good 15 minutes walk before you can pick up the 10 baht taxi service.

Great Hotel for the price
The only downside is location. It was 18 minutes walk to Nakula road and 15 minutes walk to North Pattaya Road. This how far you have to walk to be able to use local Bhat bus transportation. The price of the hotel was very competitive and is great for long stayers like me. I usually go for about a month at a time.

Great value for money hotel.
Stayed here for 3 weeks, and will definately be back again. First impression of room / bathroom, was that it was a bit dated and in need of a modern makeover, but was absolutley spottless clean. Excellent pool and lounging area. Kept very neat, tidy and clean by staff. The cleaners in the rooms deserve credit for the great work they do. Everyday the sheets / towels etc. were renewed, along with cleaning the floors, balcony and balcony doors. Hotel is a bit away from the throbbing centre of Pattaya, but still only 10 mins on taxi-bike ( 60-80 Baht) away. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for a good value, clean hotel with superb pool area.
