Decent hotel, the rooms were clean and spacious including the bathrooms. I remember the breakfast just ok. I prefer more choices when it comes to breakfast buffets. This may be a pro or a con depending on what you like but this hotel is located in a really busy area so there is a lot of traffic congestion.

This location was awesome. The staff was very greeting the the facilities were top notch. The rooftop pool and lounge dazzles you. The hotel is located very close to the beach and within walking distance of all the attractions of Patong Beach. The hotel is super affordable and really nice. I would definitely make plans to visit Arbour again.

The hotel room was not sufficiently clean. The towels look like they have been used for decades. There was mould in the washing machine and bathroom. There was no practical place to hang a towel or wash clothes in the bathroom. There was limescale all over the fixtures. Yellow/brown water came out of the bath tap initially before it ran clear. After complaining nothing was really done about these problems the room was just tidied as they normally do in the mornings. On a positive note the lobby, rooftop bar and restaurant were very good and aesthetically pleasing.
