Unbeatable views
The minute we walked in the house and saw the view out of the big picture windows we knew we had made the right choice for our wine tasting weekend with our family. All the rooms were a great size. The large kitchen and inside and outside dining tables were perfect for our family breakfasts and late night snacks. The host was wonderful about keeping us in the loop about a short power outage that was scheduled so that we didn’t arrive with groceries and no way to keep them cool. That was much appreciated. We’re already planning our next stay in Paso and plan to make Valley Vista our base camp again! I highly recommend this house for your group!

Great friends trip with a view!
We loved this property for three couples getting together for a fun weekend in Paso. The deck views are beautiful and we sat out by the fire pit each night. The location is so close to town it was easy to return from our day’s activities and clean up and go to a nice dinner. The kitchen is also very nice and we enjoyed a home cooked meal one night with the wines we had purchased that day. Each couple had a nice bedroom and bathroom so we didn’t have to share. Lots of space to read and relax. We found a nice path to go on morning walks from the property in the neighborhood. We would love to come back sometime.Kristan was easy to work with and very friendly and helpful.

Stunning views
We recently stayed here with a group of 6 adults for a long birthday weekend. I cannot say enough great things about this property and honestly did not want to leave at the end of our trip. The views from the living area, master bedroom, and deck were incredible - we had some absolutely gorgeous sunrises while we were there. The home is perfect for groups or a large family. We had 3 couples and every couple had their own bathroom and plenty of space to spread out. We enjoyed this property so much that we scrapped our dinner reservation one evening so we could have appetizers and wine at home, enjoy the fire pit, and grill steaks. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Truly one of my favorite places I’ve stayed.

Best Spot in Paso Robles
Don’t hesitate to book this house! It is hands down the best place to stay for groups that want to go wine tasting/downtown and the views can’t be beat!! I love that this property has a clean modern feeling but still has country charm. It’s easy to find and very private. Everything was very clean, beautifully maintained and well stocked with quality housewares. The homeowner was available if we needed anything. I can’t think of anything we missed…except maybe an infinity pool haha! We were a group of 7 adults ages 21-80 and everyone loved the house. 5 big stars!!

Amazing views!
This fabulous house sits on top of a hill overlooking the valley. It rained a bit when we were there but we saw the most amazing rainbow when the sun came out! The open floor plan works really well and the upstairs bedrooms are huge. The house, less than 10 minutes from town and 15-20 minutes to great wine tastings, provides everything you need for a great get away!!

Paso on the Hill
My husband & I came up to Paso for a few days with our longtime friends and stayed at the 7-Acre Wine Country Ranch home. Kristan the Host made the booking & check in/out process so easy and we enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms were roomy and had plenty of closet space for everyone. The bedding was comfortable & the beds were nice but a lil on the firm side which some may like a firmer bed. The home was clean when we arrived and well stocked w/nice linens, paper towels, games etc. The view was wonderful and we had plenty of area in the home for everyone to hang out and relax. The kitchen was large and was well equipped and it was nice to enjoy the outside view from sitting inside of the kitchen. It was cold during our time in Paso so we didn’t spend anytime outside on the deck areas during our stay. If I had any negatives about the property it would be no counter space in the secondary & third bathrooms. The main bathroom had plenty of counter space but the two secondary bathrooms only had pedestal sinks which made getting ready a bit tough especially if you’re pressed for time. That may not be an issue for many of you but if you’re like me some counter area space to place a blow dryer/flat iron, brushes, make up etc. to get ready would have been nice. Outside of that the home worked well for us and our friends and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay there again but we do like to try out new places each time we come up to Paso. Thanks so much Kristan for an enjoyable stay! : )

Absolutely stunning views from the porch and outdoor seating areas, which are the perfect way to enjoy wine and relax with friends and family. We also loved the very functional kitchen, fully outfitted with high-quality pots, pans and other equipment and utensils. Great spot for a large group. The host was very responsive and helpful. 5 Stars of Greatness
This property is spectactualr! Very clean, quiet, updated, remote, but yet minutes from downtown with wide open views. The host was great and top notch with communication. Our party consisted of 6 adults and all 6 were very pleased with our stay and choice of VRBO. Don't hesitate to reach out to the host if you need something, as he will respond within a timely manner. On our first day we had a furnishing request for the house and within 3 hours our request was filled. I definately recommend this place and will stay again if we return to the area.

Beautiful inside and outside
We were here for just a quick weekend trip to attend a wedding, so didn’t have much time to take advantage of all this property has to offer. The views are gorgeous. My husband, an early riser, got some great photos of the sunrise. The home was easy to access, the perfect combination of private/remote and close to town, and it was very clean. The beds and bedding were very comfortable. We would absolutely stay here again!

Stunning house for vacation with family so close to town!
Absolutely stunning views! Really enjoyed waking up to the sun rising over the horizon and finishing the day at the firepit with a glass of wine watching the twinkling lights of Paso. The house was perfect for families. We had 5 adults with 4 kids and had ample space. The kids loved the downstairs living room and spent hours playing foosball and ping pong. The youngest also got a kick out of bathtime in the clawfoot tub. Comfy beds, fast wifi and perfect location right outside of downtown. Can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful Home
My family and I had great stay. The views are amazing and the sunrise through the floor to ceiling windows are breathtaking in the mornings and 100% worth getting up for. The pictures are very accurate. The beds are very comfortable. The layout of the house for us was great. The main TV is on the lower floor away from the kitchen and dining room. The main floor is a great adult area and the lower floor is great for kids. We would definitely come back and stay again. But in the interest of full disclosure, we had issues with earwigs (which we had to Google because they look gnarly but are harmless) that made the stay less pleasant. But other than that - the kitchen is beautiful, plenty of plates and glasses, and great for preparing meals to go with your drink of choice!

Great visit with amazing views of Paso Robles
Stayed here with friends for my 40th birthday. Plenty of living space for the two families (four adults, two kids in total). Realistically, the downstairs bedrooms are really meant for the kids. For the six of us, absolutely no problem with the space. At the time (early 2022) things were practically brand new and (mostly) worked just fine. Actually ran into the property owner, and had nice chat about the buildings (used to be a working barn, which was fun). Location couldn't have been better. Up on a hill on the ~north side of Paso. Easy drive to any winery you could want and down into downtown for food. We ended up cooking most nights, and the kitchen was better stocked with pots and pans than most places I've stayed. We'd definitely be in favor of staying here again in the future.

Beautiful Paso Robles home
Our family stayed the weekend with our best friends and their kids. We all agreed that this property was perfect. First, the bedrooms were conveniently split across two levels, which provided each family their own space (as needed). Second, the house was comfortably designed/furnished and the views were spectacular. Third, the house was a very short drive (<10m) from downtown Paso Robles and nearby wineries. We would definitely stay here again.
