Not far from Poitiers, take advantage of the many activities on offer: hiking, Futuroscope, the Marais Poitevin Nature Park and Puy du Fou!
On your return, take the time to relax in this pied-à-terre that can accommodate up to 10 people. You'll find a large, bright living room with a sitting area, dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and bar area, five bedrooms (one with en-suite shower room), bathroom, unoverlooked garden with terrace and swimming pool for sunbathing! Bed linen and towels included. Pets accepted as an option on request.

Accommodation:
The single-storey accommodation is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A beautiful, bright living room with a cathedral ceiling. It features a sitting area with a corner sofa, coffee table and TV, and a dining area with a convivial dining table for up to 10 people.
- A modern, fully-equipped kitchen: central island, American fridge, dishwasher, oven, 5-burner stove, microwave, kettle, filter coffee maker, etc.
- A bar area with two stools.

Night area:
- Bedroom 1: a master suite with Queen-size bed, TV with HDMI socket for computer connection, storage space and en-suite shower room with shower, washbasin and separate WC. The room also has direct access to the terrace.
- Bedroom 2: Queen-size bed with storage space, closet and direct access to the terrace.
- Bedroom 3: a double bed with storage and direct access to the terrace.
- Bedroom 4: two single beds with storage and closet.
- Bedroom 5: a bunk bed (sleeps 2), a small table, chairs and games, ideal for children.
- A bathroom with a bathtub, vanity unit, towel dryer, hairdryer and WC.

Exterior:
- An enclosed, unoverlooked 400 m² garden
- A large south-west-facing wooden terrace with garden furniture, an arbour and a barbecue for enjoying a good meal outside!
- An above-ground swimming pool (7x3m) for relaxing after a day of sightseeing! This area is open from May to September.

Neighborhood:
The property is ideally located in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood just a 15-minute walk from downtown Parthenay, where you'll find all the shops you need: bakery, butcher's shop, supermarket, convenience store, and more.
