I booked w/o understanding that Simply was a step down from ES Suites! The front door doesn’t slide trying to get in alone with luggage was difficult! The phone in my room didn’t work I had to walk downstairs twice to communicate! The heat was broken it was extremely cold I had to switch rooms and there is no complementary breakfast in the morning

I am picky
From the outside and the hallways, it is not so inviting. BUT our room is much more spacious that most with a kitchen galley and looks clean. Nice big desk. We did not have a hand soap but Angela graciously provided us one. Because of all the above, we extended our stay for another night.

The property was nice and quiet which was splendid. My only complaint is that it’s a little hard and out of the way to get to, but that could just be the town itself though. Overall it was a nice stay.
