Great hotel but the car parking bills seperate from the hotel bill didnt fit the beauty of the whole package. I had to pay my rental car bills at check out. Inconvenient I say.

We stayed in a King suite, room 213. The room was very clean and the hotel was quite and close to where we needed to be. It included a full breakfast of eggs, meat, toast, waffles, juices, coffee and more. The only downside of course was paying an extra $15 a day for parking. However, we would stay here again simply because it was clean which is hard to find anymore in a post covid world.

While the hotel was nice, having to pay to park our car at the hotel was not! When we booked the rooms there was nothing on the website. Now it says it but you pay enough for the room that You shouldn’t have to pay to park. Next time we are in the area will definitely look for different hotel

Everything was great, location, rooms were good, clean. My only dislike would be paying for parking in an open hotel lot. $15 per night for a space thats not in a secured parking deck is a very steep price and unheard of. We've never had this experience before. We were attending an event at the Sheraton next door with same type of parking for free.

Overall, had a good stay. I usually seek out Hyatt Houses when possible. I will say the room was a little bit smaller compared to other Hyatt House properties. The one negative, I thought it was excessive to charge for parking. This Hyatt is located in seemingly a business park that is surrounded by residential neighborhoods, so I wasn't sure why it was necessary to charge for parking. I've stayed at other Hyatt Houses closer to the city, and they have not charged for parking, so something to be aware of.

We waited over 20 minutes for the bartender to find a staff person to check us in at the front desk. No one seemed concerned that there were people at the front desk waiting for room keys . Would not recommend this facility to anyone.

My check in experience was bad...I felt discriminated. I was asked to pay a parking fee..no problem..by the next person was not asked. I was not given my Hyatt points because she did not believe I was a Hyatt member the after pulling up my account, her response was my bad. I guess I can give you a member bag (containing water and a chocolate) The toilet had a bad residue in it...no tissue on the tissue box except for the top one shaped like something. I plan on putting this on Google Review if not handled or responded to professionally.
