A quality check how nice.
The front desk Chris was very nice but the really nice thing was that they called us shortly after we got settled, they called on the house phone just to check and see if we were happy with their room! Basically a QUALITY CHECK! I have never had a quality check at a hotel or motel before, restaurants yes but a motel, never. Very nice thank you Sea Edge, everything was great we will be back!

Location location location - this beautiful motel is situated on the beach in Parksville - it is central to restaurants and other amenities / quiet - serene and worry every penny / I loved my stay

Very nice for the price. Our room was right on the beach. Recently renovated and very clean. Only complaint is that the beds need updated. Noisy box frame and uncomfortable mattress. Linens and pillows were great.

No housekeeping and the room was not sanitized…we had a trail of ants coming and going from the patio door continuously , so did not want to leave bags or items on the floor, could not get a second key for the room so as a couple, that was often gone in different directions it was inconvenient to get into room if no key. We were were very disappointed that Expedia rated this motel at 4.3 when we wouldn’t give it a 1.5!! So the rating needs to be changed to reflect appropriate expectations …especially since we spent over $800.00 on our 5 nights there.

A quaint motel on a beautiful branch in Parksville / the view of the ocean is breathtaking /I highly recommend the experience of staying at this motel ! book it and you will not be disappointed
