Snow Flower #113 is a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo located on the second floor of building III. Access to Park City Mountain’s Eagle, First Time, and 3 Kings lifts are just a stone’s throw away, allowing you to come and go as you please.
Easily prepare your favorite meal in the well-equipped kitchen featuring knotty alder wood cabinets and granite countertops while enjoying the company of your friends and family in the open-concept space. Gather around the dining area which has seating for six and additional seating for three at the breakfast bar.
The living room invites you to relax around the gas-burning fireplace or catch your favorite show on the large flat-screen TV. Access to the private balcony through the sliding glass doors which is perfect for après ski in the fresh mountain air. A queen-sized sofa sleeper provides additional sleeping arrangements.
The main bedroom features a luxurious king-sized bed, large flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and an abundance of natural light from the picture windows. The en suite bathroom features granite countertops on the vanity and a bathtub and shower combination.
The second bedroom includes two comfortable twin-sized beds which can be made into a king with at least 24 hours advance notice, a large flat-screen TV, a ceiling fan, and picturesque views of a grove of Aspen trees. The shared guest bathroom features a deep soaking tub, a separate walk-in shower, and beautiful granite countertops and knotty alder wood cabinets
For your comfort, condo amenities include a fabulous balcony, three flat-screen TVs, wall safe, ceiling fans, and hairdryers in the bathrooms. There is an indoor locker for ski equipment just inside the building’s back door, steps from the slopes.
During your stay, you will have access to Snow Flower’s fitness center, locker room, outdoor relaxing pools, one underground parking space, coin-operated laundry facilities, and conference rooms. Complimentary wireless internet service is also available. Additionally, our reception desk is staffed 24 hours.
On-site tennis and pickle ball courts, outdoor BBQ areas, and bike storage areas are also available during the summer season.
