Welcome to the Slalom! A relaxing and roomy 1 bed and 2 bath condo that sleeps 4 at the Canyons base in Northern Park City. Find yourself in the heart of all Park City has to offer super close to the slopes, bike trails and fine dining.

Kick back and relax at the Slalom for a 10% weekly discount! Stay super close to the slopes in a commodious 1 bedroom/2 bath condo with mountain views and plenty of amenities in the Silverado Lodge hotel. Private, beautifully appointed, nestled at the base of the mountain, and close to everything. Get cozy in the living room by the switch-on fireplace and enjoy Xfinity TV, WIFI, or a movie. Within walking distance to the slopes at Canyons, 10 minutes from Park City Mountain, 15 mins from Deer Valley, and just 30 minutes from SLC airport! Underground secure free parking, community fitness center, pool, and a hot tub. Sleep 4 in beds, 2 on queen bed, and 2 on sofa bed.

THE SPACE
Relax and retreat on the comfy sofa, flick on the fireplace to warm up, or watch something on Xfinity TV, or your favorite smart TV app. This condo is divided into a side A and B, each side with its own private entrance and connecting door in between the master bedroom and living room. On side A you will find the guest bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, and the living room. Through the living room door, you’ll enter side B, with the master bedroom, a small kitchenette, convenient washer and dryer, and a private master bathroom.

THE KITCHEN
Full kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, dishes, cookware, coffee machine, toaster, and a blender.

THE LIVING ROOM
The living room has a small dining table for 2, barstool seating for 3, a smart TV, fireplace, and sofa bed.

MASTER BEDROOM
The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a queen size bed, a small dresser with a TV, cable, and Roku, a small coat closet, and a private bathroom with shower. There is also a small kitchenette with a coffee maker, mini-fridge, and microwave.

GUEST BATHROOM
The guest bathroom, found right before the kitchen, has a bathtub with shower.

PARKING
Free Parking! Guests will have access to the secure underground garage with elevator access. Additional free parking is available outdoors with a pass issued by the Silverado Lodge.

SILVERADO LODGE
The Silverado Lodge is a well maintained hotel with many of the rooms being privately owned and managed. It is located within walking distance to the slopes/hikes/rides at the Canyons, 10 minutes to Park City Mountain & Main Street, 10 minutes to the Olympic Park, and 15 minutes to Deer Valley Resort. Silverado Lodge has a 24 hour fitness center, pool, and a large hot tub.

The Lodge is just over a mile from the I-80 freeway, so it’s convenient to get to the airport and downtown Salt Lake City. It is also just over a mile away from the shops and amenities in Kimball Junction—oh and did we mention you’ll be just 2 short miles from the Park City Outlets with Whole Foods,Nike, Adidas, Columbia, Levi’s,and a lot more?

CONDITION OF PROPERTY:
Please leave the property in the same condition as during check-in, normal wear and tear excepted. PMI Park City or its agents may enter for repairs or maid service at reasonable times with prior written or verbal communication. Cooking is only allowed in designated areas. Guests must promptly report fire or damage. Liability extends to family, invitees, employees, or other guests. Subletting is prohibited. Guests must return all keys and openers upon departure; failure may result in a minimum $50 charge per item. Compliance with House Rules is mandatory, including no pets and no indoor smoking.

INSURANCE:
PMI includes an accidental damage protection policy of $59 in the nightly rental fees and is covered up to $5000 in accidental damages. Any damages that amount exceeds $5000, the remaining balance is to be paid by the Guest. Guest understands that this insurance does not cover damage or loss to Guest belongings. It only covers accidental damage to the property and/or contents caused by Guest.

Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. These policies are in place for your safety, as well as the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid.

Ski Escape
Perfect for ski travel with a small group. Property having a shuttle service, which can take you to cabriolet lift or drop you near (relatively) gondola. Property can host 4 people, having a full size kitchen. Definitely recommended.

Great location for Canyons skiing
The property wasn’t cleaned properly when we arrived however a quick call to the rental company got it rectified pretty quickly. The condo was nice, a little wear & tear in the master bathroom and shower pressure was not great, they need new shower heads. Bed was comfy and kitchen appliances all worked properly. The shuttle to the slopes and gondola near 7-11 worked out great.

We really enjoyed our first trip to Park City Canyons. The room was very clean and comfortable and was well appointed. The only challenge was the uphill walk to the lift with skis and in ski boots.

Condo Kitchen Fully Stocked
This is my third visit at the Silverado. This unit had a very well stocked kitchen which was much appreciated. And a humidifier. Plenty of room for all of our gear. One request is to bring back the ski valet room in Lobby. Really makes a difference to leave skis there. Will absolutely return!
