Perched along the slopes of Park City in the beautiful Empire community of Deer Valley Resort, this 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom condo is a perfect mountain getaway for family and friends. Up to 7 guests can enjoy ski-in/ski-out access and breathtaking views alongside community amenities, including an outdoor hot tub, game room, 2 community grills, and a firepit! Park City’s Main Street is only a 10-minute drive away for après ski drinks, entertainment, dining, and shopping. Guests will love returning to warm up by the fireplace or to watch the lift lines from the balcony.

Dark wood floors and a vast stone fireplace welcome guests inside this charming condo. Natural light filters through the wall of windows in the living space, where 2 oversized armchairs, a loveseat, and a sofa tempt guests to sit back and relax around the 55” TV. The round coffee table has 4 footstools, making it a cozy spot for little ones to color or play. For card games and group meals, there’s a round 6-seat dining table to the side. A grill and 2 chairs are on the balcony—slip outside to sip cocoa in the fresh air while enjoying the mountain view. The gourmet kitchen comes equipped with a Wolf stove, a wine cooler, and a center island that seats 4. Guests can feel free to pack light with a convenient washer and dryer. At bedtime, choose between the primary bedroom with a king bed or the guest bedroom with a queen—both have TVs and private bathrooms. There’s a bunk room with a twin-over-full bed for kids or guests who don’t mind sharing space. The living area’s queen sleeper sofa offers extra accommodations.

Beautiful slope side condo
The condo is located in a beautiful location. It was very well equipped except for the absence of bathrobes. For an exceptional property as this is, having robes is a reasonable expectation. The cleaning supplies provided by Natural Retreats such as the laundry tablets and dishwasher tablets were not very effective. The snow was phenomenal during the weekend however the path to the hot tub wasn’t shoveled. The snow prevented the gate from opening so the gate had to be climbed over.

My son and I had a great stay over spring break. You couldn’t ask for a better Deer Valley ski-in/ski-out location and the unit was amazing. I would highly recommend this property to anybody.

Nice property.
Great place. You are dealing with a management company so it does have a less personal feel to it. Takes longer to get things fixed- such as the fireplace we were not able to use during our 11 day stay. But the management company is responsive and available.
