Welcome to our simple, no-frills studio condo, just a 5-minute walk to the slopes! If you’re looking for a basic, clean, and affordable place to stay, close to both skiing and shopping, this is it. While it’s not fancy, it’s ideal for those who want to maximize their time on the mountain without breaking the bank. Enjoy the year round pool and 2 hot tubs, and free shuttle stop to the resorts and Main Street historic district.

• Location: Only 5 minutes by foot to the ski lifts and 5-10 minutes to local shopping, restaurants, and après-ski spots. You can’t beat the convenience!
• Space: A compact, straightforward studio with a comfortable bed, small kitchenette, and a bathroom – all the essentials for a budget-conscious traveler.
• Amenities: Free Wi-Fi, heating, basic kitchen equipment for light meals, and parking. (New as of November 2024, a heater/cooling unit was installed for guest comfort)

Walk to skiing, restaurants, the free Park City bus system, ski/ bike rentals, movie theater, groceries, Starbucks and much more!! Soak in the community pool and hot tubs, enjoy free parking and challenge your friends at the pickle ball court directly across from the unit!
First rule, have a wonderful time in magical Park City!

Please do not smoke in or around the property. There is absolutely no smoking allowed and your deposit will be forfeited if there is any sign of smoking.

Quick weekend getaway
This was a perfect place for a quick getaway. The location was central and conveniently right across the street from restaurants and a grocery store. There really isn’t a kitchen although they had a mini fridge, dishes and coffee pot/supplies. Unless you’re really needing a kitchen this is a perfect place to get away and relax. There is a pool that was never super crowded and two large hot tubs that were all close to the condo. Wonderful communication and other than a small parking miscommunication (there is plenty of parking and a parking pass) it could not have been a more relaxing stay. Thank you so much for hosting us! We look forward to coming again
