While the bathrooms retain their original fixtures and tubs, they’ve been given a fresh coat of paint and refinished countertops, adding a touch of newness to their classic appeal. As you step out onto the private balcony, you’re met with breathtaking views of the Wasatch back and a quaint farm featuring a traditional red bard. It’s a scene of unmatched tranquility, with sounds of rustling leaves, the distant call of mountain birds, and the occasional neigh of a nearby horse.
Across the street, lush alpine foliage frames and surrounds the 19.5-acre expanse of the Red Pine Canyons Condominiums Community Complex that offers a range of amenities designed to elevate your stay even further. As you step outside, the convenience of the FREE, on-demand shuttle service with Canyons Village Connect awaits, ready to whisk you away to any corner of the village. But if you’re in the mood for a leisurely stroll, you’ll love the scenic 10-minute walk to the Cabriolet Gondola. This ride not only takes you to the heart of Canyons Village and the Red Pine Gondola but also treats you to breathtaking views along the way.
SPECIAL NOTE: A mother and baby moose are living at Red Pine. As you know, mothers are fiercely protective of their young so please do not disturb the family.
NOTE: This condo does not have a washer and dryer in-unit, but you can walk to the laundry room at the Clubhouse for all of your laundry needs. You will need quarters or your credit card to do laundry.
Offering an Organic Contemporary style that brings the feeling of nature in, our comfortable condo features the following amenities you are sure to enjoy:
• Please note that our condo is part of an HOA community with a policy requiring the primary booking guest to be at least 25 years old in order to reserve a short-term stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

• Inviting living area with gas fireplace (not available as a source of heat from May 1 through Nov 15), vaulted ceiling, and flat-screen TV (includes a ROKU and DVD/Bluray player)
• Queen master suite on main floor with 55" TV and Jack-and-Jill en-suite bathroom shared with the living area (this bathroom offers a 10-gallon water heater for showers up to 8 minutes long)
• 2 bedrooms in upstairs loft overlooking living area
• Queen bed in primary upstairs bedroom (This bedroom is not fully enclosed. It is loft-style with a half wall and opening that overlooks main living area downstairs. See photos.)
• Twin bed and a desk in a small bedroom off the primary upstairs bedroom (also not fully enclosed. See photos.)
• Shared full bathroom upstairs (this bathroom offers a 10-gallon water heater for showers up to 8 minutes long)
• Private deck with spectacular views, dining seating for 4, and propane barbecue grill
• Wifi access/high speed internet (1000 mbps)
• Free parking for 2 vehicles (max) in surface lot (uncovered)
• Portable AC provided for summer months (THIS CONDO DOES NOT HAVE CENTRAL A/C)
• Walking distance (15 minutes) to Cabriolet Gondola at Park City Mountain Base, giving you access to the largest ski resort in the US
• Community Recreation Area offering the following amenities (PLEASE SEE SPECIAL NOTES BELOW ABOUT HOURS AND SEASONS):
• Clubhouse with Wifi access
• 2 heated pools (one with waterfall)
• Wading pool
• 2 hot tubs (indoor/outdoor)
• Dry sauna
• Tennis and Pickleball courts
• Picnic area
• Sand volleyball courts
• Horseshoes
• Laundry facilities available year-round at the Clubhouse (a 3-minute walk from the condo), open from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm daily. The machines take quarters or credit cards with a cost of approximately $2.25 per wash cycle and $2.00 per dry cycle.
COMMUNITY CLUBHOUSE RULES: There is a limit of 8 guests per condo at the clubhouse. Glass containers and alcoholic beverages are NOT allowed at the Clubhouse or at any of the community amenities. You will be asked to leave if you bring or have glass containers or alcoholic beverages with you, and you will not be refunded for any portion of your stay for not complying with this important rule.
RED PINE RECREATION CENTER HOURS AND SEASONS:
Open for winter! It will be closed from April 20th-May 23rd for the off-season.
In the summer, the facility is open daily-10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. May - September.
In the winter, the facility is open daily-12:00 Noon to 9:00 p.m. Thanksgiving - April.
NOTE: During the winter, all vehicles must be moved every 24 hours so parking lots can be plowed. Violators will be towed!

IMPORTANT:
1) Our properties are protected by a mandatory Damage Waiver as well as Know Your Guest, a provider of host and property insurance. Your paid reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver per our contract with the private owner of the home. Be sure to review the specifics of this protection in the Rental Agreement. Upon your completed booking, you will receive a link via text (and Airbnb, if booked there) to complete your Know Your Guest verification and sign your Rental Agreement. Please note that the verification process will require that you take a photo of the front only of a government-issued ID followed by a selfie for comparison. This process protects you and our homeowner partner and must be completed before your check-in date, as we cannot offer access to our home without having these in place with your reservation. Once you have completed these steps, you will also gain access to your digital Guest Guidebook.
2) Any guest staying with us for 14 nights or more is required to schedule and pay for a mid-stay clean. The cost for this cleaning is equal to the departure clean.
3) WE DO NOT ALLOW GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IN OUR HOME. SHOULD YOU HOST ANY OF THESE WHILE STAYING WITH US, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE AND/OR FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE HOME. YOU ALSO RISK BEING EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND.
