Centrally located in the convenient complex of Kimball Junction, Newpark Terrace 3 puts you within walking distance to grocery stores, theaters, restaurants, shopping, and so much more. Just a few steps away is the Swaner Nature Preserve, with plenty of hiking and biking trails.

The condo features two levels, 1,250 square feet, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can easily sleep up to 10 guests. Upon entering the condo from the communal garage, you will walk upstairs and enter the main living area with living room, kitchen and dining area.

Living Room: Features contemporary furnishings, including a convertible sofa sleeper, cozy corner gas fireplace, and 55” Samsung Smart TV. Step out onto the adjacent deck and take in the mountain air and views.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with GE stainless steel appliances, new Whirlpool fridge with ice and water dispenser, and spacious counters with plenty of prep room.

Dining Room: Seating for five.

Great Central Location
Great condo convenient to all that park city has to offer. Easy access to hit all the mountains, both those in park city and others in the surrounding area with easy access to the highway. All the amenities you need right there in kimball junction.

A Little Drive from Skiing But Access to a LOT
While looking for a rental close to the ski resorts, this was a bit distant (but not horrible). On the other side, it is in a GREAT location for access to everything and anything you need in Kimball Junction. We had a couple of things that needed correction, but they were super fast in rectifying the issues. :)
