Nestled right across the street from the top of Main Street, our Pied-à-Terre puts all the charm and excitement of Historic Old Town at your fingertips. Whether you're hitting the slopes or exploring the nearby Deer Valley Resort, just 1.7 miles away, or venturing a bit further to Canyons Village, only 5.4 miles from your doorstep, adventure is always within reach.

This place is SO AMAZING!!! It’s beautifully decorated and is a perfect location- just a few steps to Main Street bars and restaurants. It was a perfect getaway for my husband and I. Book this! Amazing location at top of Main Street steps from all of the restaurants and bars. You have the entire house (studio upstairs with laundry downstairs, a patio, a private garage and driveway) - super clean and modern aesthetic with a cozy gas fireplace. Great place to stay." -Liz

IMPORTANT:

1) Our properties are protected by a mandatory Damage Waiver as well as Know Your Guest, a provider of host and property insurance. Your paid reservation includes a non-refundable damage waiver per our contract with the private owner of the home. Be sure to review the specifics of this protection in the Rental Agreement. Upon your completed booking, you will receive a link via text (and Airbnb, if booked there) to complete your Know Your Guest verification and sign your Rental Agreement. Please note that the verification process will require that you take a photo of the front only of a government-issued ID followed by a selfie for comparison. This process protects you and our homeowner partner and must be completed before your check-in date, as we cannot offer access to our home without having these in place with your reservation. Once you have completed these steps, you will also gain access to your digital Guest Guidebook.

2) Any guest staying with us for 14 nights or more is required to schedule and pay for a mid-stay clean. The cost for this cleaning is equal to the departure clean.

3) WE DO NOT ALLOW GATHERINGS, EVENTS, OR PARTIES IN OUR HOME. SHOULD YOU HOST ANY OF THESE WHILE STAYING WITH US, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING AN ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE AND/OR FOR ANY DAMAGES TO THE HOME. YOU ALSO RISK BEING EVICTED WITHOUT REFUND.

Great property for couples convenient to upper Main St.
I really enjoyed this property. Very spacious room with nice bathroom and terrific shower. Didn't use the garage but it would be very beneficial in the winter. Full kitchen amenities were a big plus. Incredibly convenient to Main St. My only 'complaint' is that i had an early flight in and asked if i could check in before 4pm if the unit was available. I was told that it was but that there was a charge of 50% of the daily rate. Honestly, this was a little off-putting. I have never been asked to pay for 1/2 of a day for early check-in before.

Fun Chic Studio Home
The Chic Tiny Home was perfect for our visit in July. It’s very conveniently located to Main Street. We walked to dinner each night. We hiked and biked from the home as well. It’s also conveniently located between Deer Valley and Park City Resorts. The house is cozy with a nice mud room entry including washer and dryer and single garage on the entry level. The studio upstairs is open, modern and beautifully decorated and includes a small deck area. The little walk in closet is well organized and has large capacity. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might need. The management company was great at communicating and was very accessible. They also set a wonderful welcoming ambiance with music, lightening, and cleanliness upon arrival at the home. Perfect stay!

Large beautiful house with wonderful amenities inside (except Kleenex). Plenty of room and great views from top of hill. Be prepared for lots of hill climbing to and from the house. Overall highly recommend.

Great spot in downtown. Modern updated condo with everything you need. We liked having the oversized garage for our bikes, boards, and vehicle. There was also a nice but small outdoor deck for winding down after a days worth of activity. Property management were communicative and friendly. If we had a gripe it would be the street noise can be loud at times but it comes with the territory. Overall had a great experience and plan on staying here again next time we're in town.

Cute, clean, close to Main Street
Pros: Property management team was great! Location was easy walk to lots of restaurants and bars and a short walk to a lift Place was clean and comfy. Nice little patio with great chairs. Cons: It would have been great to have a couple waters, some coffee pods and a box of Kleenex. We didn’t have a rental car so a few supplies would have been so appreciated. There wasn’t a market near by. Street noise was pretty extreme...lots of delivery trucks on Swede Alley. Had to keep the windows closed and was still very loud. If you want to sleep in on vacation perhaps bring some earplugs.
