The ice machine on the first floor was broken could not find the one on the third floor because it was at the opposite end of the hallway with no signage. Staff did not seem to know if anything was going on in the area.

Nice staff, kudos to Juan breakfast manager for outstanding and attentive refilld of the hot breakfast. Good work by Jasmin desk manager to help with laundry. Disappointed that website indicated hot tub in property, which was one of my search filters. When we checked in discovered hot tub has been broken for a while and no schedule estimate to repair. Not able to cancel my reservation without penalty so stuck. Buyer beware

Good stay. Would go back but would request a room further away from the main road and maybe on the 4th floor since you could climb on the lower roof if you wanted to from our room. The Hotel was very clean & nice. Lots of traffic noise since the road was so close. Breakfast was just ok. Biscuits were not good & very hard. Toilet in our room wouldn’t flush, acted like someone clogged it before our stay.

Really enjoyed this hotel. The water cooler & free cookies in the lobby were great. Breakfast was amazing, and facility was clean. The guy who worked the evenings during our stay helped us navigate a tricky reservation problem and we really appreciated that. Will definitely stay there again when we visit the area in the future.
